Dr Purcell and his staff are excellent!!! I never have to wait in his office, as a matter of fact I’ve arrived early and get brought within minutes of checking in! Everyone is professional and very helpful whether it’s in person or a phone call or any questions I have! Dr Purcell explains what is going on and always makes you feel comfortable. As difficult as it was for me to make the decision to have my knee replacement done, I am thankful he was my surgeon. I know I made the right choice by choosing him! I recently had a really advanced (in my mind) knee surgery using 100% human bone/cartilage and I must say, going in I was SUPER nervous and had anxiety about the outcome and if I'd ever get back to normal again. I'm too young for a partial or full knee replacement, so Dr. Purcell thought this was best. Listen! Dr. Purcell is absolutely the Orthopedic surgeon you should put your trust in!! His work is phenomenal. I'm only 4 days post-op and I am so incredibly optimistic for what's to come. He knows what he's doing, and is professional and caring.
